We offer a 3-way connection pathway, 1. Covenant Partner for those who desire community. 2. Pastoral Covering for leaders who desire spiritual oversight, counsel, and community. 3. Marketplace Partners for those who are in the marketplace in need of covering and support for their business. Our role is to strengthen leaders, not control them. Every connection is voluntary and centered on mutual respect.

3. Collaboration and Resourcing
We create spaces where leaders can learn from each other, share resources, and build meaningful relationships. Through gatherings, conferences, and strategic conversations, we help ministries grow stronger together.
